If you spent on it 10 hours a day without taking any breaks, it would take a month to finish the task. It is easy to verify: 1 hour is 3600 seconds, so in 10 hours there are 36,000 seconds. Therefore in 3 days you would draw around 100,000 dots. Since a million is 10 times bigger than 100,000, you would need 30 days.
What do you think, how long would it take to draw one million dots in a notebook, taking 1 second for each?

DeleteEverybody knows how thin is a hair. However, who knows how thick it would be if multiplied by a million?
ReplyDeleteIt is extremely hard to believe, but its diameter would be around 100 meters! Let's count together: 0,1mm x 1,000,000= 0,1m x 1000= 0,1km = 100 m
